Aker Marine Contractors AS

Sonsub and AMC entered into a co-operation agreement in 2005 so that, as a partnership, we can pursue and execute complex Subsea Construction and Decommissioning Projects.

The backing of two of the world's largest oil & gas contracting groups (Saipem and Aker Kvaerner) gives the partnership a broad spectrum of resources and skills.

The partnership is purposely aimed at challenging field development projects in deep-waters.  Several joint projects have already been awarded and are underway in the North Sea and Gulf of Mexico.
